Terms for using our support services
These terms explain the basis on which Supetama Welfare & Social Development provides agreed non-residential support.
1. Service scope
Supetama Welfare & Social Development, Companies House registration 15634012, agrees services and deliverables with each client before work begins.
2. Fees and payment
Fees are confirmed in advance. Introductory guidance options may be priced at £50, £125 or £200 depending on the agreed scope. Any change to scope will be discussed before additional work is undertaken.
3. Cancellations and refunds
We will make reasonable efforts to rearrange appointments where notice is provided. Any refund or cancellation arrangement will be confirmed in writing and will reflect work already completed.
4. No emergency or clinical service
Our services are practical and non-residential. They do not replace emergency response, medical treatment, regulated care or specialist legal advice.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients should provide accurate information, communicate changes promptly and follow any agreed access, safety or appointment arrangements.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care in delivering agreed services but cannot guarantee a particular outcome where decisions depend on third parties or circumstances outside our control.
